Terms & Conditions
Terms governing your use of this website and enquiries submitted through it.
About us
Corporate Car Hire is a trading style of Cocoon Vehicles Limited. Corporate Car Hire is a partnership between Cocoon Vehicles and a Leeds-based vehicle provider, covering the whole of the UK — with particular strength across London, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire.
Website use
This website provides information about vehicle subscriptions and leasing and allows you to submit enquiries. Vehicle prices, specifications and availability shown are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice; live availability is sourced from our supplier feed and refreshed regularly, but is not guaranteed at the point of enquiry.
Quotes and agreements
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of finance or a vehicle. All quotes are subject to status, underwriting approval and vehicle availability. Documentation fees start from £295 plus VAT (£354.00 inc. VAT) and may vary by underwriter and contract type. Exact fees are confirmed before any agreement is signed.
Regulatory status
Corporate Car Hire, a trading style of Cocoon Vehicles Limited, acts as a credit broker, not a lender, and can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. Cocoon Vehicles Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference 711074. You may check this on the Financial Services Register by visiting the FCA’s website at register.fca.org.uk or by contacting the FCA on 0800 111 6768. We may receive a commission or fee from the finance provider for the introduction, the amount of which will be provided to you before you enter into any agreement. Finance is subject to status and is only available to UK residents aged 18 or over, subject to terms and conditions and affordability checks.
Liability
While we take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that content, including live vehicle data pulled from our supplier feed, is error-free at all times.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
